Creamy Asian Slaw

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (12-ounce) bag broccoli or traditional slaw mix
  • 1 medium red pepper, cut in julienne
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon rice or cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or veganaise
  • ΒΌ cup Silk Unsweetened or Original

PREPARATION

Combine slaw and vegetables in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Add dressing to slaw and let sit for 15 minutes. Serve.
