Creamy Asian Slaw
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12-ounce) bag broccoli or traditional slaw mix
- 1 medium red pepper, cut in julienne
- 4 green onions sliced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped
- Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon rice or cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or veganaise
- ΒΌ cup Silk Unsweetened or Original
PREPARATION
Combine slaw and vegetables in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Add dressing to slaw and let sit for 15 minutes. Serve.
