Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Bring the goodness of soy to a classic family favorite.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine (optional)
- 1 cup Silk Unsweetened, Original, Light Original or DHA Omega-3 & Calcium
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Steam or boil the potatoes and garlic together until tender. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the margarine, warm Silk, salt and pepper. Mash by hand or using an electric mixer.
