Garlic Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine (optional)
  • 1 cup Silk Unsweetened, Original, Light Original or DHA Omega-3 & Calcium
  • salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Steam or boil the potatoes and garlic together until tender. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the margarine, warm Silk, salt and pepper. Mash by hand or using an electric mixer.
