Mango Lemon Silk Smoothie
A kiss of honey brings out the flavors of mango and citrus.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cups Silk, any flavor except Chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- fresh mint leaves, for garnish
PREPARATION
Blend all ingredients (except mint leaves) in a food processor. Pour into goblets and garnish with mint leaves.
