Refreshing Fruit Cereal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups Silk, any flavor
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 small red apple, chopped into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 small Golden Delicious apple, chopped into ½-inch pieces
  • 4 dates, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 dried apricots, diced
  • 6 walnut halves, broken into pieces
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (optional)

PREPARATION

Divide fruit between two cereal bowls, layering in the order listed above. Pour ice-cold Silk in each bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey, if desired.

* Silk soymilk can be heated gently and poured over fruit cereal if a warm breakfast is desired.
