Refreshing Fruit Cereal
A flavorful medley of fruit offers a delicious way to start the day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Silk, any flavor
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 small red apple, chopped into ½-inch pieces
- 1 small Golden Delicious apple, chopped into ½-inch pieces
- 4 dates, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 dried apricots, diced
- 6 walnut halves, broken into pieces
- 2 pinches cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. honey (optional)
PREPARATION
Divide fruit between two cereal bowls, layering in the order listed above. Pour ice-cold Silk in each bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey, if desired.
* Silk soymilk can be heated gently and poured over fruit cereal if a warm breakfast is desired.
