Silk Blueberry Salad Dressing
Packed with flavor and deliciously lowfat.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scallions
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 4 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups Silk Unsweetened, Original or Light Original
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients except Silk in a blender or food processor. Pulse in short bursts to blend ingredients well. With processor on high speed, pour Silk in a fine stream until texture becomes creamy.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over your favorite lettuce.
