Silk Hot Caribbean Coffee
A hot toddy perfect for après-ski.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Silk Creamer, any flavor, heated and whisked until frothy
- 1 oz rum, white or dark
- 1 oz coffee flavored liqueur
- 6 oz strong hot coffee
- cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish
PREPARATION
In a small saucepan heat Silk Creamer to a simmer. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy. Pour rum, coffee liqueur and hot coffee into a 12-oz. mug. Gently pour heated Silk Creamer into the mug. Top with any leftover foam and a few sprinkles of cinnamon or nutmeg. Enjoy!
