Silk Ranch Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Silk Original or Unsweetened soymilk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

PREPARATION

In a medium bowl combine Silk and lemon juice and let sit for 10 minutes. Whisk in mayonnaise and all herbs and spices. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
